Unlocking EQ
One Day
Unlocking EQ is the gateway programme to unlock all other certifications with Six Seconds. A practical fusion of theory and activity to explore the what, why and how of Emotional Intelligence.
One day in person with optional online learning to support learning preferences.
All attendees are registered to the Six Seconds Network and encouraged to apply learning
Take away a good understanding of emotional intelligence and start to apply it for self.
Be able to build a business case for EQ
Leave with tools and ideas to grow EQ. Includes free gift.

Brain Profiler Certification
1 day Programme
With Katharine Roff
A Speciality programme from Six Seconds, offering certification to use a suite of individual and group profiles that assess a brains preference for processing emotional and cognitive data.
One day in person with additional online learning content and required practicum. 1:1 debrief included.
Develop appreciation of the diverse drivers of behaviour. Get insight to your style and talents that underpin your practise. Take away a compassionate tool to assess and develop others.
€400 - €495 with additional 10% discount when combined with Unlocking EQ.

EQ Practitioner Certification
3 day Programme
Six Seconds Flagship Certification that offers a deep dive exploration of emotional intelligence, its drivers and competencies.
Three day live interactive programme to strengthen emotional intelligence. Additional e-learning underpins theory and practise. Project work consolidates learning in practice.
Experience Six Seconds models and tools to strengthen personal EQ and learn to support others with clear and robust learning design. Be certified to use the Unlocking EQ assessment and join the global network of EQ practitioners

EQ Coaching Foundations
4 day programme
A coaching programme for people who want to establish themselves as a credible and competent coach using EQ and aligned with the ICF competencies. Part of the pathway to becoming Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF
Four day in person programme with additional mentor session and two group virtual sessions plus e learning. Offers 46 hours towards ICF accreditation.
Option to go on to Coaching Integration to certify with ICF.
Provides a solid foundation to building a coaching practice and generates insight for working at a deep EQ level with clients.
Includes Certifications use the Brain Profile suite of assessments.
